Merlin star, actor Anthony Head, is going to co-host BBC One’s Children in Need this year. The line-up was announced last week.
The much-loved yellow bear, Pudsey, is set to return to our screens with Children in Need on Friday 20th November, at 7.00pm on BBC One. The line-up includes top pop stars and actors from the nation’s favourite dramas. All proceeds go to disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.
The BBC’s governing body, the BBC Trust have invested in Children’s programming, and plan on enhancing the output.
Alesha Dixon is currently on BBC One’s The One Show, where she has expressed views on Nick Griffin and the BNP.
As a person of mixed race, Ms Dixon, best known for her hit Let’s Get Excited and Breath Slow.
